Crash closes I-395 in Waterford

Waterford — The southbound lanes of Interstate 395 north of Exit 77 are closed as state police investigate a serious three-car crash that occurred at 7:50 p.m. Traffic is being detoured off the highway at Exit 78. State police said they could not say when the highway will reopen. No other details are currently available.
