Norwich police probe death of baby

Norwich — Police are investigating the death of a 4-month-old baby on Norwich Avenue in Taftville at about 7:30 a.m.this morning.

The incident does not appear criminal at this point, police said. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
