Ledyard school board seeks new member

Ledyard — The Board of Education is looking to fill a vacancy left by Republican Robert Beaver by its next meeting, which will be held Feb. 5.

Board of Education Chairman Julia Cronin said the board will be conducting interviews before the end of this month. Anyone interested should contact Cronin at croninjp@post.harvard.edu or Mike Cherry of the Republican Town Committee at mjcherry@comcast.net.
