New London — Beginning at 8 p.m. the city will implement parking requirements that require drivers outside of the downtown area to park on the odd side of the street from so plows can clear snow. The restriction will last until 8 a.m. Monday. Trash pickup will take place as scheduled on Monday. There is no downtown parking ban.
