    Kelly Sue Lamb, 53, of 93 Lambtown Road, Apt. R, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol.

    Linette Baez-Rivera, 43, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Waterford

    Eliseo Chavez, 74, of 268 Bayonet St., New London, was charged Thursday with failure to have brake lights, driving with a suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance.

    Christopher Scott, 31, of 37 Dimmock Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lights.

    Fedra Soares-Decarvalho, 27, of 4 Old Pequot Trail, Ledyard, was charged Friday with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended license.

    Jennifer Ibbitson, 41, of 5 Hilltop Drive, Old Saybrook, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and breach of peace.

    Richard Browne, 53, of 65 Knob Hill Road, New London, was charged Friday with threatening and second-degree harassment.

    Andrew T. Maynard, 21, of 24 Elm St. was charged Saturday with possession of heroin and sale of heroin.

    Samuel L. Holley Jr., 38, of 40 Hawthorne Drive was charged Saturday with two counts of failure to verify address as a sex offender.

    Fabiola Belidor, 24, of 53 Garfield Ave. was charged Saturday with cellphone use violation, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and failure to carry insurance.

    Sietachariese M. Levey, 21, of 35 C Nob Hill Road was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Aaron E. Baldwin, 18, of 32 Henry St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Ariel Alba, 43, of 198 Crystal Ave. #1 was charged Saturday with having unsafe tires, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Oscar Tejeda, 39, of 83 Ocean Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

    Rachad Pauley, 21, of 61 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Otilia Portella, 50, of 182 Montauk Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Brett Rowan, 30, of 5 Phillip Lane, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

    Aida Huarcoya, 30, of 123 Ledgewood Drive, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit.

    Amanda Samokar, 32, of 25 Hillcrest Ave., Ledyard, was charged Saturday in Montville with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Gary H. Merchant, 62, of

    7 1/2 North A. St., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in a proper lane.

    Cameron A. Barnhill, 20, of 152 Golden St. was charged Saturday with failure to grant right of way, driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of cocaine and possession of less than a half ounce of cannabis.

    Randal Francis, 20, of 49 Bow Lane, Griswold, was charged Sunday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
