Izzy and Penelope are our fuzzy babies. Penelope (left) is the sophisticated older sister who was Izzy’s protector and teacher. Just before Christmas, Izzy fell very ill and passed the next day. Izzy made us laugh, even when she was sleeping ... on her back with arms straight in the air and stiff as boards with her little tongue hanging out. She loved the snow, running the fence line with her friend each morning, chasing her bunny and causing general mischief. Izzy’s tail was her happiness indicator, and although it was small, it moved so fast that we’re sure it could propel a boat. Our little clown left quite an impression.
