Access Health CT website down

Access Health CT, the state's online health insurance marketplace, announced Friday that its Consumer Portal and the Worker Portal, known as AHCT Website, are unavailable and experiencing system connectivity and performance issues.

The systems are expected to be down for 24 hours, Access Health CT said in a news release.

Access Health CT, along with the state Department of Administrative Services Bureau of Enterprise Systems and Technology and International Business Machines Corp., were working to resolve the issue.

The agency said it will continue to monitor the situation in an effort to limit the impact to users and customers.
