Gleanna Doyle, of Rhodes Collar Animal Behavior, Training and Wellness in Mystic, nudges Ree Rathbun and Iko away from the dock as dogs and their humans learn to paddle board together on the waters of Lamberts and Quanaduck Coves in Stonington, Monday, July 10, 2017.
The program, a joint effort of Rhodes Collar and Coastline Surf and Paddle, introduces dog owners to paddle boarding with their pets every Monday evening through the summer. Rhodes Collar owner Glenna Doyle says they will go as far into the fall as temperature and wind allows.
