Sophomore Connor Ullrich and seventh grader Zhuning Gao have been named the March Students of the Month at Saint Bernard School in Uncasville. The school nominates one middle schooler and one high schooler every month who demonstrate Xaverian Brothers’ values of humility, trust, zeal, compassion and simplicity.

Ullrich, who lives in Yantic, plays a variety of sports in and out of school. Gao, who lives in Groton, performs in several campus musical ensembles and fences. Both were identified by teachers as kind, helpful and hardworking students.
