    Groton — Theo Hespeler 5, and his brother Zac, 2, of Salem were flying kites Thursday at Poquonnock Plains Park.

    "This is the perfect day for keeping a kite up in the air," their grandmother Maryellen Hespeler of Groton said as she helped them.
