New London — Friends Nora Powers, 8, Frances Powers, 6, Cara Ramsay, 4, and Tre Wilson, 3, were climbing a blooming tree Thursday at Williams Park, where they were with Eithne Ramsay and Miles Wilson, 1.
Eithne Ramsay frequently watches the friends after school and they walk to the park. "We're out here almost every day, even in the winter," she said. "They have to get their energy out somehow."
