    Silver Alert issued for Norwich teen

    Norwich — City police on Friday issued a Silver Alert for 17-year-old Kezlynn Quiles, who police described as an endangered runaway.

    Police describe Quiles as Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 215 pounds. Police said Quiles has been missing since earlier Friday and was last seen in Norwich wearing a black top and jean shorts.

    Anyone with information about Quiles' whereabouts should contact police at (860) 886-5561.
