Free job fair on Monday

Groton — The Day's regional Job Fair is taking place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa on Route 117.

The free event will feature more than 45 local employers hiring in industries including entertainment & hospitality, military & defense, health care, human services, manufacturing and more. To view a full list of participating employers visit www.theday.com/jobfair. The Groton Public Library will give résumé tips at 10:30 a.m. and the American Job Center and Veterans Affairs will discuss the services they offer.
