Jason L. Clark, seasonal project manager with New London City Center District, uses a lift Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, to put the star and the top four feet of branches of the New London Christmas Tree in place in the downtown area. Clark said that they have to place the star and the top branches in place while they have the lift for putting the wreaths up around town Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the tree branches can be added without the lift and will be completed in the next week or two. (Dana Jensen/The Day) Buy Photo Reprints
