Lawrence J. Neuser, 64, of 9 Mechanic St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and assault on a health worker.

Teresa G. Commings, 54, of 9 Grand St. was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Michael D. Delia, 55, of 808 Stonington Road was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Kenneth Johnson, 59, of Southington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, misuse of markers and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. 

Eileen Steinhart, 58. of 10 Seabreeze Drive was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
