    Festival draws fancy cars, visitors to downtown Norwich

    Norwich — Visitors downtown were treated to the sight of fancy wheels lining the streets.

    The third annual First Friday Car Show and Global City Norwich Virtual Art and Music Show drew fancy cars of all eras Friday, and local restaurants, food vendors, arts venues and downtown businesses were open as part of the community event.
