As part of its seasonal rotation, the East Lyme Public Library’s Storybook Trail has a new book, this time from a local author. “Soaked!” by East Lyme native Abi Cushman was published this summer and tells the tale of woodland creatures spending a rainy day outside.

The trail is located at Samuel M. Peretz Park in Bridebrook Park. Families are asked to abide by social distancing rules while on the trail and to share pictures on social media with the hashtag #elstorybooktrail. For more information, call the library at (860) 739-6926.
