Farmers to Families food box distribution to be held Wednesday in Groton

Groton — United Way is sponsoring a Farmers to Families Food Box Distribution from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Fitch High School.
Five-pound boxes of fresh fruits and vegetables, five pounds of dairy products and also separate containers of fresh milk will be distributed free to anyone in need, according to the event notice. It will take place as a drive-through event that uses the parking areas at Fitch High School.
