Santa pays a socially distanced visit to Norwich

Norwich — Santa and Mrs. Claus, played by Angelo Callis and Patrice David, greeted children and their families Friday at a Drive-By Santa Event hosted by Norwich Youth and Family Services.
Elves greeted arriving cars, took children's letters to Santa and handed out goodies before a distanced greeting from Santa and Mrs. Claus. The event was the brainchild of Youth and Family Services Director Erin Haggan.
Volunteers will send a reply to every letter left for Santa.
