Docking some time on the Mystic River

Two men were working on collecting anchors onto a floating dock Thursday on the Mystic River in downtown Mystic.
As they passed the Mystic Seaport Museum, the vessels along the waterfront caught their eye. And they were forced to duck as they passed under the bascule bridge.
