Going Over the Edge for Special Olympics

Eleven members of the Enfield Police Department were among the roughly 75 volunteers who rappelled down the facade of the Mohegan Sun hotel tower Friday to raise money for Special Olympics Connecticut.
The fundraiser, Over the Edge, is marking its 10th year at the Sun.
The volunteers, many of them from law enforcement, descended from the roof of the tower to the casino roof below to help raise more than $85,000.
