New London — The Thames Towboat Co. tugboats Adam and Patricia Ann assisted the Coast Guard barque Eagle in the move from Fort Trumbull to City Pier in New London on Thursday.
Eagle will be at the pier through the weekend for the Connecticut Maritime Heritage Festival, which opens Friday.
