    Norwich — Workers with general contractor Nunes Companies were stamping a brick pattern into red concrete Tuesday, as part of the Franklin Square roundabout project in downtown.

    The $538,000 project, which will allow free flow of traffic from all directions through the square, is slated to open next Monday.
