Stonington -- The La Grua Center in the borough has announced it is seeking a new executive director after Lori Robishaw stepped down to take a job in South Carolina. 

Robishaw had led the nonprofit cultural organization for the past five years. She left to become the next executive director of the Arts Council of York County in Rock Hill, S.C.

“We’re pleased to have worked with Lori since her arrival in 2016. We wish her well in her future endeavors and look forward to naming her successor,” said James Quinn, the president of the center's board of directors.
