Villa Maria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in Plainfield, has recently been acquired by Wachusett Healthcare. This facility, owned by the Disco family since 1981, is a 62-bed facility providing rehabilitation and long-term care for residents of Plainfield and surrounding communities.
