Norwich knife fight leads to injury, arrests

Norwich — A Friday night fight between two men on Chestnut Street left one hospitalized with minor injuries, according to police.
City police said the fight occurred about 9:35 p.m. at 35 Chestnut St.
Joseph Steele, 61, of 35 Chestnut St., Apt. 207, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree assault and carrying a dangerous weapon. He was released on a $10,000 bond pending a court appearance.
Police said Steele pulled out the knife and left the other man with "two minor injuries from the knife."
Police confirmed Saturday night that there were no other arrests or other injuries in the case.
