    New London shop marks Free Comic Book Day

    New London — People visited Sarge's Comics & More on Saturday for Free Comic Book Day.

    Patrons were able to select free comic books, meet artists and a live podcast also was taking place in the shop.

    In North America, Free Comic Book Day is a promotional event by the comic book industry to attract new readers to independent comic book stores.
