Stonington -- The Stonington Education Foundation is hosting four free coffee events at each of the town's schools to celebrate Teacher and Staff Appreciation week. 

On the mornings of May 4 and 6 the Wakin' up Waggin' was at West Vine Street School and Stonington High School providing free coffee and muffins for staff and is scheduled to be at Stonington Middle School on Wednesday and Deans Mill School on May 20. The foundation raises money each year to fund programs and equipment in the schools that are not funded by the annual budget.
