Norwich ― Winter, or at least a symbol of it, arrived at City Hall Monday with the erection of the city’s Christmas Tree by public works employees with help from Lindon Tree Service.
The City Hall lighting ceremony will be held Dec. 2, with the Winter Festival Parade the following night.
