Groton resident and full-time content creator to give talk at library

Shawn Gilhuly, a Groton resident and full-time content creator, will give a talk at 6 tonight at Groton Public Library.

Gilhuly will delve into what he wishes he knew when he started creating content at age 14 and when he turned it into a career in 2018. This presentation is open to people of all ages who have questions about social media and getting started with content creation.

Gilhuly is a bisexual/queer, disabled content creator who has worked with brands like TikTok, Netflix, Disney, Studio Ghibli, Minecraft, Xbox, and Microsoft, to name a few. He was a nominee for queer streamer of the year in 2022 by Gayming Magazine.
