The Day newspaper has made the decision to drop the “Dilbert” comic strip as a result of creator Scott Adams' hateful, separatist and racist comments he made this past week. The Day will not repeat Adams' offensive comments, but they can be found online. His views do not align with The Day's mission and values to serve the entire community with honest and fact-based reporting. While The Day acknowledges Adams’ right to free speech, he does not have a right to The Day's financial support. The Day is looking for a replacement strip.
