    Stonington ― Fifty citizenship candidates from 29 countries took the Oath of Allegiance during a Flag Day naturalization ceremony Wednesday at the Mystic Seaport Museum. District Judge Sarala V. Nagala administered the Oath of Allegiance as Mystic Seaport Museum President Peter Armstrong, Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz and others in attendance offered welcoming and congratulatory remarks to the new citizens.
