Norwich ― Locals gathered outside of Norwich City Hall on Friday for a flag raising ceremony in honor of Peruvian Independence Day, hosted by Global City Norwich.
Despite the heat, the event radiated national pride. It featured speakers, performances and food from the Peruvian community in Norwich.
