New London ― Suzanne Simpson, of New London, spent her lunch break Tuesday taking a walk with her dog, Ruby Pie, at Fort Trumbull State Park.
Simpson said that Ruby Pie goes to work with her and they walk from her office, located on Howard Street, to Fort Trumbull and back. Simpson also mentioned that she enjoys the walk around the fort because she loves to seeing what comes up the Thames River.
