Revaluation team coming to Old Lyme

Old Lyme ― Officials have announced the start of the latest revaluation project in town.

Municipal Valuations Services LLC (Munival) of Fairfield will be seen around town through Oct. 31 as they take exterior photos and inspect residential and commercial properties inside and out, according to a press release.

All Munival employees will be wearing the company logo and will have a town badge, a company badge and a signed letter of introduction, the release said. They will also have magnets on their vehicles.

Homes and businesses can expect to receive data verification letters with property-specific information. Recipients are asked to review the information, make any corrections directly on the form, and return it to the company for review.
