    Norwich police arrest four following narcotics investigation

    Norwich ― Police arrested three residents and a New York man Thursday after searching an apartment at 191 Franklin St. and finding drugs, guns, cash, scales, paraphernalia and a machete.

    The search resulted from a lengthy investigation into narcotic activity within the city, police said.

    Richard Davis, 34, of 191 Franklin St., Apt. 4, was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell and two counts of possession of narcotics.

    Meaghan Sullivan, 26, of 120 Cliff St., was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brenna Sulinski, 42, of 191 Franklin St., Apt. 4, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Thomas Colston, 39, of New York, N.Y., was charged with interfering with an officer.

    The search involved members of Norwich police detective and patrol divisions along with the Connecticut State Police Violent Crime Task Force East Office.

    Police said they expect to make more arrests as a result of the investigation.
