Saturday submarine service in Groton moved indoors

Groton ― Due to expected rain Saturday morning, the Memorial Service for the Submarine Force Birthday and USS Thresher Remembrance is being moved from the U.S. Submarine Veterans WWII Memorial to the Groton Municipal Building, 295 Meridian St., Groton. Start time is still scheduled for 11 a.m.
