    Beautifying downtown New London

    New London ―New London Beautification Committee members Caroline Driscoll and Donna Vendetto worked together Tuesday to pulling weeds and replanting several plants in one of the traffic islands on Governor Winthrop Boulevard.

    The plants came from the traffic island that will be removed between Huntington Street and Meridian Street due to the expansion of the Garde Arts Center.
