LEGO To Open Stores in Connecticut
The LEGO Group is opening two stores this spring in Connecticut - in April at Danbury Fair Mall and in May at Westfarms mall in West Hartford.
The stores will have a Pick-A-Brick Wall where customers can shop for specific LEGO pieces in a variety of shapes and colors. Stores also will have a "living room," which is a play area at the center of the store. The perimeter of the store will have LEGO model displays and trivia about the company.
LEGO has 78 stores across the nation, including major retail locations in Chicago, New York City, the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn., and at Disney Theme Parks in Orlando, Fla., and Anaheim, Calif.
