Not much left of former Norwich Hospital building
What's left of the Kettle Building at the former Norwich Hospital site is shown Monday. Environmental abatement crews are removing lead paint, asbestos and PCB contamination around the window frames in preparation for demolition. The Preston Redevelopment Agency will use a $5 million state Urban Act grant to demolish the building.
