The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT will host its 11th Annual Social Service Recognition Event virtually on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 9-11 a.m. with casual networking beginning at 8:30 a.m. This year's event honors social service professionals with a morning of connection and self-care led by featured speaker Cindy Loughran, CPC, on the practice of mindfulness.
