    Victoria Elizabeth Reynolds Weds William David Ortoleva

    Victoria Elizabeth Reynolds wed William David Ortoleva on June 30 at St. Patrick Church in Mystic. The bride is the daughter of Jack Reynolds and Nancy Sailer, both of Guilford. She is the granddaughter of the late Alfred and Anita Ferrigno, formerly of Madison; Mary Reynolds of Westbrook; and the late James Reynolds. The groom is the son of David and Kathy Ortoleva of New Haven. He is the grandson of the late Martha and William Conway and the late Adele and James Ortoleva.

    The Rev. Kevin Reilly officiated the ceremony, which was followed by a reception at the Mystic Yachting Center in Mystic. Music at the ceremony was provided by Keith Smolinski (pianist), brother-in-law of the groom, and Elizabeth Ortoleva Smolinski (cantor), sister of the groom.

    The bride was given in marriage by her father. Kristin Busillo, cousin of the bride, served as honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Christine Bruce, Annie Cervin, Mary Kate Cervin, Kristen Konesky, Jacqueline Yavarone, and the bride’s sisters, Elizabeth Reynolds, Margaret Reynolds, and Eileen Reynolds.

    The best man was the groom’s friend, Kevin DeBowes, who is also a cousin of the bride. Ushers were Kevin Blake, Brendan Carey, Mark Heffernan, Andrew Konesky, James LaFo, Joseph Lenz, John McCormack, Matthew Moroni, and Christopher Quagliani.

    The bride is employed as a New Haven Public School kindergarten teacher. The groom is a 4th-grade elementary school teacher in Hamden.

    Following a honeymoon trip to Tortola, British Virgin Islands, the couple resides in East Haven.
