Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Kelly of Essex, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Alison Kelly to Ryan Harrison Hill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Hill of Ponte Vedra, Fla. Catherine, a graduate of Salve Regina University, is a graphic designer. Lt. Hill, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, is a nuclear engineer for the U.S. Navy. A July 2019 wedding is planned.
