    Coast Guard cadets celebrate week of commencement

    New London - The United States Coast Guard Academy's Corps of Cadets marched onto the Washington Parade Field at the academy in New London Tuesday for the final regimental review for the cadets before Wednesday's commencement ceremony.

    Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will give the keynote address at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy's 131st commencement exercises tomorrow.
