    Two classes graduate from Naval Submarine School June 21

    Groton — Two classes graduated from the Naval Submarine School on Friday, June 21.

    Eighteen members of “Class 13020” graduated from the Submarine Officer Advanced Course. Lt. Luke Kelvington received the L. Y. Spear Award and the David Lloyd Award for Excellence. Lt. Raymond Wiggins received the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Award. Kelvington and Lt. Kenneth Morris were named graduates with distinction and Lt. Christopher Andrews was selected as the course’s outstanding instructor.

    Thirteen Sailors of “Class 13060” graduated from Machinist Mate (Weapons) ‘A’ School. Fireman Levi W. Pryor, the class honorman, received the Torpedoman Plaque and was meritoriously advanced.
