Retired Armed Forces Association announces September events

New London — The Retired Armed Forces Association has planned several events for September.

The monthly breakfast will be held 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 7, at the club, 135 Garfield Ave. The menu includes eggs cooked to order, pancakes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, toast, juice and coffee for $6 per person. The breakfasts are open to the public.

RAFA meetings for members are held at 4 p.m., the second Tuesday of every month and meetings for associate members are held at 1 p.m., the first Sunday of the month. Bingo is held at 7 p.m. every Thursday and the public is welcome.
