Wonder Woman

I’m not a huge fan of superhero movies, but “Wonder Woman” has so much going for it that even a non-DC-Comics aficionado can thoroughly enjoy this big-screen blockbuster. Director Patty Jenkins fluidly melds the human drama and the Pow! Zap! action, and Gal Gadot was born to play Wonder Woman. If the movie feels a little preachy and politically correct at times, well, there are worse things a superhero movie could be. And a summer tentpole flick about the power of women? Imagine that.
