Steve D'Agostino sings from the Great American Songbook on New Year's Eve

Seriously, who doesn't like the "Great American Songbook"? Artists as diverse as Rod Stewart and Willie Nelson have dipped into the compositional waters made popular by everyone from Frank Sinatra and Duke Ellington to Michael Bublé and Tony Bennett.

Connecticut native Steve D'Agostino, who sings New Year's Eve at the Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center, is a superb contemporary interpreter of the standards library. With a style at once familiar but compellingly distinct, D'Agostino is a perfect option to usher in 2012 with a dance- and memory-happy set list.
