Jam-packed concert
I don’t know how they’ll fit all these acts into one night. I mean, I can barely squeeze them all into one preview.
But here’s the deal: A bevy of great acts join together for the Freestyle Free For All on Saturday at Mohegan Sun Arena.
I’ll highlight a couple:
– Lisa Lisa, who, as part of Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam, had radio staples like “Head to Toe,” “Lost in Emotion” and “All Cried Out”
– Treach from Naughty by Nature, the group whose hits included “O.P.P.” and “Hip Hop Hooray.”
In addition to them, concert-goers will hear Expose, Brenda K. Starr, Real 2 Real featuring the Mad Stuntman, Safire, George Lamond, Coro, Cynthia, Lisette Melendez, Rockell, Noel and Soave. The host is Speedy, and DJ is Blazer One.
