Voting machines are tested Friday in Philadelphia. On Friday, a sampling of the approximately 3,500 voting machines to be used in the upcoming elections were inspected by officials from Philadelphia's Committee of Seventy, a civic group, as well as volunteers and technicians to ensure the integrity of the city's voting machines.
